3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Fees

Deposits and withdrawals are processed in the payment methods made available on the Platform. You are responsible for providing correct wallet addresses and payment details; transactions sent to an incorrect address may be irreversible and unrecoverable.

Applicable fees, minimum amounts and processing times are shown at the point of each transaction and may be updated from time to time. You are responsible for any network, exchange or third-party charges that apply to your transactions.

4. Investment and Trading Services

The Platform provides access to investment plans and trading products across markets such as forex, cryptocurrencies, stocks and commodities. All investment returns, plan terms and trade outcomes are subject to the specific conditions displayed for each product at the time you use it.

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems;
• interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Platform or its infrastructure.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict or close your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in activity that is unlawful or harmful to the Platform or other users. Where permitted by law, we may withhold funds associated with fraudulent or unlawful activity pending investigation.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its content, design, logos and software, is owned by Elon Invest or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any particular result or return will be achieved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elon Invest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for any loss of profits, capital, data or opportunity arising from your use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date of this page, and your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
